Joseph A. Bullock has been in public practice since 1982. He concentrates on tax matters, accounting, auditing, attestation engagements, and management consulting services. Joe graduated Summa Cum Laude from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia in May, 1982. Joe is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Virginia Society of CPAs. He is also a member of the Management Consulting Division of the AICPA. Joe is active in many civic organizations and in addition has served as Treasurer of the Leesburg Daybreak Rotary and is a member of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce.
Jo P. Wolford, CPA
Jo joined Bullock & Associates in March of 2005. She concentrates on tax preparation for individuals and QuickBooks accounting and payroll services. Jo graduated Summa Cum Laude from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in December 2004. She is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Virginia Society of CPAs.
Michelle D. Cook
Michelle has been in public practice since 1989. She joined the firm in September 1999 and previously worked for an acquired firm for eleven years. She concentrates on income tax preparation for individuals and businesses, book-keeping services, payroll and payroll tax services, including QuickBooks installation and training.
Lisa M. Baker, CPA
Lisa has been in public practice since 1998. She joined the firm in January of 2007 and concentrates on tax matters, accounting, auditing, small business consulting services, and is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Lisa graduated Cum Laude from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, and the West Virginia Society of CPAs. She is also a member of the Purcellville Business and Professional Association, and the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce. Lisa is licensed in both West Virginia and Virginia.
Katherine J. Fuller
Katherine has been in public practice since 1991. She joined the firm in October of 2005 and concentrates on tax, accounting and auditing services for businesses and non-profit clients. Katherine received a Bachelor′s degree in Public Administration from Empire State College, and a Master″s in Historic Preservation from Goucher College. Katherine has served on various oversight Boards, including Zoning Board of Appeals, Board of Architectural Review, and has actively participated in various preservation organizations.
Gregory C. Jacobs, CPA
Greg has been in public and private accounting since 1988. During the six years Greg was in private accounting, he served as controller / CFO for small businesses helping them establish internal accounting systems and controls. He has been in public accounting a total of 15 years and concentrates on tax matters, and small business consulting. Greg received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. He is licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of CPA’s. Over the years Greg has been active as a board member and volunteer for various charitable organizations in the community.
